    1. You may apply through our website or this app by registering yourself and make payment for the online forms through your credit/debit card.
    2. The application must be accompanied by self-attested copies of:-
      1. Matriculation Certificate
      2. Senior Secondary( For Degree Programs)
      3. TC & Migration Certificate( Please Bring Original At the time of Admission)
      4. 4 passport size photographs
      5. Graduation Certificate (In case Of PG Diploma)
      If the form is downloaded from website Enclose DD of Rs. 500.00 For Degree Programs and a DD of Rs.300 for One Year Programs in favor of INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT CATERING AND TOURISM, UDAIPUR payable at Udaipur at the time of Submission of form)
    3. Application form along with the enclosures must be submitted to:

    5. Registered students will complete their admission once their 12th (For Degree Course) , Graduation (For PG Diploma Course) and 10th (For One Year Program) results are declared and they fulfill the educational qualification. At the time of admission, the students will get all the documents (as mentioned in 2nd point above) and balance of fee for the first semester.
  2. By Post: Application form can also be obtained by Post from above. (Please send a DD of Rs. 550.00 (For Degree Programs) and a DD of Rs.350 (For One Year Programs) in favor of INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT CATERING AND TOURISM, UDAIPUR payable at Udaipur at Institute Address Mentioned in point 3 )
  3. From Counter: an Application form with prospectus can be obtained from the institute counter by depositing Rs. 500 (For Degree Programs) and Rs. 300 (For One Year Programs in Cash.)
  4. Students who have already passed qualifying examinations with minimum 50% marks, can come and take direct admissions wef. 01 July for all the above mentioned courses Subjected to the availability of seats. They must get the following documents:
    1. Passport photographs – 4 nos.
    2. Photostat copy 10th Mark sheet & 10th Certificate (Two copies each)
    3. Photostat copy 12th Mark sheet & 12th Certificate (Two copies each, For Degree and PG Diploma Program)
    4. Character certificate in original
    5. Migration/Transfer certificate in original
    6. Full fees in Challan/Bank Transfer/Bank Draft to be made in favour "Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Tourism" payable at Udaipur. Balance of first semester fee to be paid within 30 days of getting registered or before Starting of the Session whichever comes first.
    7. Rs. 500 (For Degree Programs) and Rs. 300 (For One Year Programs) towards cost of application form.
